The IngenioRx Pharmacy Managed Care Intern will learn about Managed Care/ Managed Care Pharmacy/ PBMs/ population health/ network contracting @ IngenioRx while helping with critical organizational projects , foundational for team efficiency and optimal communication

This is a 100% remote/virtual opportunity

Primary responsibilities include:

  • Developing, implementing and managing shared file management program.
    • Cataloging all archive files in our Shared Network Drive, SharePoint sites and Teams.
    • Interviewing key stakeholders to determine value for each file
    • Developing a system for easy identification and retrieval for all records (think index, table of content and footnotes). This will include a new, streamlined folder strategy.
    • Reorganize all assets according to plan, including archival of older/unused files, deleting duplicate files, etc.
    • Organize all communication decks used throughout our organization. Identify purpose for each deck and its subsequent variations. Identify any data points that would require updating when using the files. Interview key stakeholders, strategize future value, help create flexible tools.
    • Create a master list of all communication decks, including purpose, who uses them, and update frequency. This list will become a sub-set of the file management program.
    • Create business case logic/arguments. Drive programs through approval processes. Collaborate and consult with key stakeholders. Support diverse program portfolio. Document key functionality. Drive improved communication channels.

Functions OR examples of projects for this role:

  • Support ongoing programs as assigned. This could include organizing a task calendar for repeated activities (Network Solicitations, Member Communication, Annual Strategy, etc.).
  • Support meeting facilitators through screenshare and note taking.

Qualifications

  • Pursuing a degree in Business, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Organizational Development, Human Resources Management, Liberal Arts, Health/ Science related degrees
  • This internship is from June to August and is 40 hours per week
  • Must be enrolled fulltime at an accredited college or university during internship
  • Students must be authorized to work in the U.S. without future visa sponsorship requirements
