At a glance:

This is a junior-level position who will be an essential part of our Paid Search Digital Media team, helping to build and execute performance within Paid Search and YouTube campaigns. While the role can be remote, this person should expect to work PST hours on a consistent basis.


What does a Paid Search Coordinator do at Rain the Growth Agency?


  • Provide day-to-day support to directly impact the success of our paid search campaigns with internal team members
  • Oversee campaign performance by monitoring daily pacing, KPIs, and implementing optimizations.
  • Research and gather appropriate information, pre, during and post buy.
  • Expertly use digital tools and technologies such as Google Ads, Bing Ads and SA360
  • Prepare and distribute vendor communications and help manage partnerships.
  • Follow internal processes and ensure correct implementation across campaigns.
  • Maintain the highest levels of quality assurance


  • Assist with planning and execution


  • Provide quick internal and external communication.
  • Constantly be looking for new ways to optimize campaigns.
  • Work closely with internal teams including offline media, analytics and creative.
  • Prepare and quality check presentations with meaningful insights for client measurement meetings.


  • Effectively manage your workload
  • Efficiently execute assigned tasks and manage your responsibilities to ensure quality of work.
  • Maintain and adhere to agency and department process documents.
  • Act as an important part of the Paid Search team working closely together for the best interest of the clients and by extension the success of the agency.
  • Contribute and participate with the ongoing growth of the Digital team including planning, training and skill development.
  • Contribute to Rains growth through internal marketing efforts and projects


What makes a great Paid Search Coordinator at our agency?

  • 0-1+ years of digital media experience a plus
  • Bachelors degree or equivalent amount of experience
  • Advertising Agency experience is a plus
  • Google Ads certifications is a plus
  • Experience with reporting, tracking, and developing campaign insights
  • Creative problem solver
  • Willingness to go above and beyond for your clients needs including some extended work days
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office strengths in Excel and PowerPoint are a must!
