Pathfinder Program Intern

The Pathfinder Program will offer early career professionals the opportunity to increase business acumen, grow technical and professional skills, and receive coaching and training from mentors and managers. The internship will provide an excellent opportunity to develop an understanding of the Finance and Enterprise Business Services organizations.
During the internship, you will work on assignments for the health plan, a hospital, or a medical group. You’ll work alongside a team to engage with business partners and will present at meetings with leaders. We want you to get the most out of your time here and will give you projects that will provide stretch opportunities.
Essential Functions:
Build skills in communication, collaboration, Excel, PowerPoint, and presenting
Develop reports and presentations
Job shadow other employees at KP
Work on projects in Finance or Enterprise Shared Services
Perform additional duties as required

- Pursuing a bachelors degree or have graduated from an accredited university within the last year.
- High School Diploma or General Education Development (GED) required.

- Aptitude to perform data and process analytics and formulating solutions
- Working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
- Ability to learn quickly and experience producing high quality work in short periods of time.
- 3.0 GPA or above.
- Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proven ability to build effective working relationships as well as strong interpersonal skills.
