Required Skills:
  • Ability to build relationships quickly and expertly with candidates, provide strong candidate management, and create a professional recruiting experience for candidates and the organization
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and multitask
  • Strong track record of working independently in an organized and methodical way
  • Proven ability as a self-motivated (proactive), detail oriented, results-driven team player
  • Proficiency with Office 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.)
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking System is a plus
Qualifications:
Required Experience:
  • Minimum of 2+ years of experience performing full life cycle recruiting (Technical Recruiting, Staffing Recruiting and OR Military Recruiting required) to identify top talent for time critical requirements and future business needs (proposal).
  • Federal Government background experience is a plus
  • Work closely with multiple hiring managers to qualify requisitions and ensure that candidate resumes meet outlined requirements
  • Demonstrated expertise with a variety of recruiting tools to include LinkedIn, Job Boards, User Groups, social media, and external Staffing Agencies
  • Complete all required candidate selection process functions within an Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Capture action items from hiring managers, Directors, and VP’s to streamline requisition creation and prioritization
  • Coordinate and facilitate the interview process including phone, virtual, and in-person interviews.
  • Post and manage requisitions within an ATS, across job boards, social media outlets, and external Staffing Agencies (as needed)
