Project Management Summer Internship
About our group:
Design Center Customer Engagement (DCCE) is part of Customer Technical Engagement team. We focus on new product pre-launch and sustaining support (product performance in the field).
About the role - you will:
- Create trainings using PowerPoint and Brainshark
- Partner with our IT team and be willing to participate on calls
- Utilize data analytic skills by using Excel and Tableau
- Learn to navigate databases such as Salesforce and JIRA
- This position is part-time through the spring semester (Jan-May) and will the liaison between DCCE, QM (Qual Managers), and IT
About you:
- Strong communication skills, personable, and comfortable working across engineering disciplines (software, electrics, mechanical)
- Willingness to learn
- Able to take initiative.
Your experience includes:
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in business administration, computer science, or other related field and enrolled in fall 2022 courses
- Strong communication skills, personable, and comfortable working across engineering disciplines (software, electrics, mechanical)
- Excellent attention to detail as you will be help the team create documentation and trainings.
- Experience with Salesforce
- Experience with JIRA a plus
Colorado's 2021 Equal Pay for Equal Work Act (SB 19-085) requires we inform you of the estimated base hourly range for this position: $17-27. Actual range is based on fair market value of the role in the geography in which you live based on the requirements of the job and your skills. This posted salary range is a good faith and reasonable estimate, and Seagate reserves the right to adjust this range depending on the qualifications of the selected candidate.
