Security Clearance required:

Cognosante supports the USCG Aviation Logistics Management Information System in Elizabeth City, NC. This position supports the IA Security section and is typically the IA Deputy depending on seniority. Employee will be responsible for ensuring the security of the network. This entails conducting security scans, penetration tests and vulnerability scans to name a few.

Minimum Qualifications:

1. Associates Degree

2. 2 years of IT Experience with at least 1 year in IA

3. Experience running scans

4. SEC+ Certification or must have it before starting

5. The ability to obtain a SECRET Clearance

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Bachelors Degree

2. 4 years of IT Experience with 2+ years of IA experience

3. Current SEC+ Certification

4. Current SECRET Clearance

5. ITIL Foundation Certification
