Qualified candidates must have 5+ years of corporate finance experience in a large law firm setting. Ideal candidates would have experience working with financial institutions, debt funds, private equity firms and corporate borrowers and experience advising clients on debt-financing transactions, experience in sponsor-led acquisition financings, asset-based loans, cash flow-based facilities and other leveraged financings. They would work with clients that are lending institutions, private equity firms and corporate borrowers in complex transactions involving senior secured credit facilities, unitranche facilities, subordinated debt financings, first-lien and second-lien financings, and recapitalizations.
