Human Resources Intern (Remote, Spring 2022)

However, the position may not be performed remotely from Colorado, California, Florida, Connecticut, or Washington and the candidate must be eligible to work inside the United States.

Looking for a student interested in a career in human resources to fulfill a developmental/support role at Brad's Deals for Spring 2022, 20 hours per week. You will gain a comprehensive view of the role of HR by supporting our corporate office with recruiting activities, salary research, and various other projects.

With this position, you will be able to gain experience with Diversity & Inclusion, plan and coordinate events for our internal team, and gain experience with various HRIS tools!

Responsibilities

  • Post new open positions on various job boards
  • Be a part of the recruitment and selection process for new/open roles
  • Conduct a salary audit for positions across the organization
  • Be on the planning team for employee engagement assessments
  • Support office-wide initiatives for our Diversity, Equity & Inclusion initiatives
  • Help coordinate the performance management process

Bonus Skills and Experience

  • Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Human Resources or related field
  • Previous HR internship experience preferred
  • Able to create polished Google Suite documents with familiarity with Microsoft Office
