The Operations team collaborates closely with stakeholders across the business to ensure that the processes involved from the moment a contract is signed through revenue collection run consistently and smoothly. We are looking for an intern that is willing to be hands-on and takes ownership.

The Operations Intern will own critical daily processes that directly result in revenue growth for the business. The Operations Intern also provides business-critical insights using through active participation in the fulfillment process, communicates cross-functionally on their execution. As a team, we stay focused on aligning the highest-level company priorities with effective day-to-day operations and help evolve early-stage ideas into future-growth initiatives.

Duties:

• Own assigned processes of the daily execution of the contract fulfillment process.
• Collaborate with the VP of Operations to define KPIs for the processes you own.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement based upon impact to KPIs.
• Add value to other departments by identifying and being a resource to optimize their processes.
