Sales Intern (Client Engagement & Success Management) - Summer 2022

Being a part of the AddeU Internship Program, you will be working on a meaningful project(s) that you can feel proud of and present back to the company at the end of the experience. In addition to having a supporting manager and mentor, we have a fantastic onboarding program to get you acclimated and ready for your time with us. Fun events and super cool swag are also included!

At the moment, our 12 week internship experience is remote. Dates are currently set for May - August, 2022 but please consult with your recruiter. Seeking US and Canadian students only.

The Role

We are currently seeking a Sales Intern to join our Client Engagement & Success Management Team! The Client Engagement & Success Management team is focused on fostering long-term relationships at a strategic level throughout every stage of the prospect and client lifecycle. Our mission is to help our clients maximize their investment and partnership with Addepar. By employing a proactive engagement model, we drive adoption to help our clients realize value and success with Addepar. We succeed when our clients can better serve their end clients, and ultimately become vocal champions and advocates of Addepar.

What You'll Do

  • Develop an understanding for Addepar's core business model and how we provide value across our client verticals
  • Learn the lifecycle of an Addepar client, from prospect to closure and full scale implementation/adoption; understanding where each Addepar team fits within this process
  • Understand how the CESM team analyzes overall client health and usage of the software; present on opportunities to improve this process at scale
  • Support the team's day-to-day operations, including participating in internal calls, engaging cross-functionally with various teams, and exploring ways to improve both our internal and external processes around client engagement and success

Who You Are

  • Must be currently enrolled in a post-secondary educational institution (university must be located in the US & Canada) & must be returning to school after internship
  • Available to intern for the full 12 weeks
  • Interest or experience in the financial services, wealth management or SaaS sales industries (FinTech software sales a plus)
  • Strong work ethic, energetic, proactive, team player
  • Excellent problem solving, communication, organization and time management skills
  • Flexibility and ability to adapt to new demands; strong sense of urgency
