We are excited to grow our supply team at Kyte and looking to bring on new team members. We’re seeking highly motivated people with strong finance, consulting, automotive and/or start-up backgrounds that want to disrupt the way people travel. The role is highly cross-functional, involving coordination across a number of groups within Kyte, including finance, supply, product, operations, data and growth. In other words, you will sit in the “control tower” and get exposure to all parts of the business. Successful candidates will have a passion for transportation/travel, exceptional analytical skills, bias toward action, and exceptional organizational and communication skills. We move quickly as a team to drive company wide decisions, thus getting the details right while still moving fast is important. Finally, we want someone who wants to learn & grow: you will get as much out of this as you want and will grow in the process.
Responsibilities
- Supply Chain Analytics: You will build up the data analytics function for our fleet and you will set up data driven and scalable supply operations measured in metrics such as improved turnaround time, process visibility, and cost evaluation.
- Partnerships Evaluation and Integration: You will assist senior leaders in evaluating new supply operations partnerships by conducting large scale data analysis and building performance dashboards to derive actionable insights
- Actionable Insights: With your intuitive, problem-solving, and ownership mindset you will utilize both internal and external data to derive insights that will support operational and supply chain activities
- Take ownership when solving problems: Are you the kind of person who sees a problem and asks “why”? We are first and foremost a technology company, so we look for a data-driven mindset, strong business judgment, and proven ability to perform analysis, draw key insights, and form and execute a strategy. We believe in extreme ownership and look for people who will make decisions as if it were their own company.
Requirements
- Experience with SQL and data visualization
- Currently enrolled in a degree program or recently graduated
- Prior work or internship experience in a fast-paced environment such as investment banking, consulting, and startups
Desired (but not required)
- Knowledge of Python and/or other programming languages
- Prior startup experience
- Desire to learn about the travel and mobility industry
- Ability to manage multiple projects at the same time
