The Opportunity
NRG is seeking a Global Tracking Intern to join us for our 2022 spring internship program. Our internship is an opportunity for students to be provided with a hands-on experience to work in research, shaping strategy for the world's most powerful entertainment and technology brands. This intern will develop an understanding of our global entertainment content trackers business, primarily focusing on the SVOD industry.

- Commitment: 12 weeks
The Role
- Provide support for weekly quantitative tracking studies across 7+ countries, with a focus on original SVOD films and TV series.
- Play a key role in all operational functions, including title list management, link checking, questionnaire edits, report design, and populating both PowerPoint and Excel deliverables.
- Work closely with our internal field and data processing teams to ensure projects are being done to spec.
- Provide thoughtful data-driven insights to team leaders on a variety of entertainment research projects.
- Stay abreast of entertainment, pop culture, research and media trends.

Ideal Candidate
- 1+ year(s) of relevant coursework and/or experience working in consumer insights, consumer research, or in analysis/strategy at an entertainment or digital media company.
- Strong PowerPoint, Excel, written and visual communication skills.
- Experience working with Tableau and SPSS preferred but not required.
- Candidates must be actively working toward an undergraduate or graduate degree and must be eligible to work in the US. Graduates may qualify if they have finished school within six months of the start of the internship.
Position Type
This is a temporary non-exempt position. We require interns to work a minimum of 16 hours per week with flexibility to work between the hours of 9am-6pm.
Work Environment
NRG provides flexible work options – employees will be given the choice to work remotely, work out of a designated office (Culver City or New York) or a hybrid of the two.
