Cleared4 is looking for a Junior UI/UX designer, focused on the product presentation layer at Cleared4. This is will be a Junior UI/UX Designer and also a product owner; working on the intent and design for new features.

We are a fast-paced start-up type environment, this person will need to be able to pick up technology quickly, work in constant design iteration, and design quickly. General Responsibilities:

• Designing flows, wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and rapid prototypes for cutting-edge SaaS platform
• Collaborating closely with Design and Product Leadership to define your features and contribute to the overall direction of your product area
• Participating in user research and analysis of findings to inform design decision-making
• Working closely with Engineering to ensure a high-quality implementation and user experience
• Communicating design concepts and specifications to teammates and internal stakeholders
• Demonstrating a strong passion for innovation
• Ensuring all work reflects the high standards of the agency
• Soliciting feedback from your peers, including other product designers and teammates
• Participation in team meetings and brainstorms

Skills & Experience:

• 1+ years related work experience (School projects and/or Internships)
• Working knowledge of HTML and CSS (Bootstrap), graphic design (all required)
• Experience in software
• Bachelor's Degree in Design, Information Architecture, HCI, or related field/equivalent work experience
• A portfolio of work demonstrating design abilities (School projects and/or Internships)
• Strong analytical and technical skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Self-motivated and pick up new tools and technology quickly
• Strong knowledge of typography and graphic design fundamentals a plus
