The team at Transactly is on a mission to be the platform of choice for the people and companies involved in real estate transactions. Our online platform supports agents and their clients with a place where everyone can come together to coordinate and manage these transactions collaboratively. Transactly provides real estate technology and transaction coordination services that shorten the amount of time it takes to close a real estate transaction.

What we need
We’re looking for an aggressive Human Resource Recruiter to help build out our team across the US. This includes sourcing, recruiting, and screening for several types of positions including: technical, sales, and remote operations and support. The hours for this position are flexible. The role is part time with future possibilities for growth.
Position is fully remote

Responsibilities
- Maintains recruitment pipeline: sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, selection, hiring, and onboarding
- Manage job ads across multiple platforms including but not limited to Indeed, LinkedIn, and Facebook
- Conducts initial applicant screening and scoring
- Coordinates/schedules 1st and 2nd interviews with management
- Assists management with selection and hiring process
- Other projects and duties, as assigned
