Job Summary: *
Develops compelling visual solutions for a variety of creative projects in line with agency standards. Must have a proven talent for visual communication, evoke a contemporary design aesthetic, and work well in a fast-paced team setting.

Essential Functions:
- Has a high attention to detail and is extremely well organized
- Prioritizes workload and manages time efficiently; can work on multiple projects, small or large, with various project leads or independently
- Can create effective, brand-appropriate designs for all media and maintain a client’s brand standards over the course of a project
- Has experience creating content for social media channels and keeps up-to-date on new platforms and best practices
- Works with all team members to develop and refine concepts and/or campaigns
- Proven ability to listen, digest and resolve feedback with a creative solution and a positive, can-do attitude
Qualifications: Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s in graphic design, communication arts or related field
- A portfolio that demonstrates strong creative visual concepts and execution
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Mac Operating Systems required
- Knoweldge of Microsoft programs is a plus
