Long Description
What you will do:
- Work with cross-functional teams with continuous improvement projects
- Develop and document a product family matrix that maps the products with operations and where value is added to the product.
- Acquiring knowledge in the manufacturing processes, safety processes, system design to assist in designing improvement processes
- Basic cost accounting and resource management for the facility
What you need?
- The candidate must be a degree-track student interested in an engineering or business focused program
- Interested in a career in engineering or continuous improvement
- Ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Ability to effectively time manage
- Quick learner and adaptable to change
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and PowerPoint
- Ability to exercise good judgment and discretion concerning confidential information
