The IngenioRx Pharmacy Managed Care Intern (Graduate Students) – Summer 2022 Intern will be responsible for projects related to Pharmacy Network Strategy and Innovation for cost of care, member experience, IngenioRx sales competitiveness and quality goals.
Primary responsibilities include:
- Supporting business owners with existing project management for 2022 AND lead business case refinement & project planning for 2023 project portfolio—including competitive intelligence/SWAT research, project scoping, budgeting and financial analysis; building cross functional partnerships in matrixed organization
- Managing projects, creating PowerPoints and leading presentations to individuals at all levels in the organization
- Supporting case study creation/product outcomes documentation/ story telling for existing products to underscore value to members and clients.
Functions OR examples of projects for this role:
- Support ongoing programs as assigned. This could include organizing a task calendar for repeated activities (Network Solicitations, Member Communication, Annual Strategy, etc.)
- Support meeting facilitators through screenshare and note taking
Qualifications
- Pursuing a graduate degree in Business, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Organizational Development, Public Health, Health administration or other Health Science related degrees that include business acumen.
- This internship is from June to August and is 40 hours per week
- Must be enrolled fulltime at an accredited graduate school or university during internship
- Students must be authorized to work in the U.S. without future visa sponsorship requirements
