The Digital Graphic Design Intern will play a large role in creating dynamic and engaging learning resources and programs for Radian National Training customers, internally and externally. Working directly with the Instructional Designer and National Training team this individual will focus on the development and redesign of training presentations, infographics, social media assets, advertisements, visual assets to be used in video production, as well as post produced video edits. This individual will also share some administrative responsibilities.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in graphic design with video editing capabilities, exceptional written and oral communication skills and be detail oriented. Experience with Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office Suite is required. Video editing experience would be an asset.

What You Will Do:

• Creation and redesign of learning resources such as: instructor-led (ILT) and webinar presentations, quick reference guides, infographics, training video assets and other social media assets (eBooks, flyers, etc.)

• Create marketing content to support National Training, and expand awareness and recognition for our learning resources in the industry.

• Other administrative duties as assigned.

What You Will Bring To Radian:

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Currently working towards a bachelor's or master's degree in Graphic / Multimedia Design, Marketing, Communication, Instructional Design or a closely related field.

• Strong background in graphic design.

• Exceptional written communication skills.

• Detail oriented and excellent follow-through skills.

• Knowledge and proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office Suite

Other Position Parameters:

• Part Time, 20-25 hours per week.

Education:

HS Diploma/GED required
