Everything we do in Jacobs Critical Mission Solutions (CMS) Line of Business/Advancing National Security (ANS) Business Unit – from building communication networks and testing next generation military systems to training intelligence specialist and supporting national security programs protecting the United States – is more than projects outlined in proposal requests. What you’ll be doing:

You will have the opportunity to work across the different functions of our Talent Acquisition team to gain a broad understanding of how a first in class TA team operates. This includes recruitment delivery, strategic pipelines, and operations.

What you’ll need:

  • Demonstrated interest in Talent Acquisition and pursuing an undergraduate degree in Human Resources or another Business-related degree
  • Team player who isn’t afraid to show initiative and solve problems
  • Ability to be accountable and professional while maintaining effective interpersonal (written, verbal and presentation) skills.
  • Interest in data analytics and exposure to MS Power BI is a nice to have!

Physical Requirements

  • Sitting at desk. Phone use and PC or laptop. Extended periods of sitting while on PC/laptop or phone.

Equipment and Machines

  • General office equipment, which includes: telephone, PC/laptop, and other miscellaneous office equipment.

Attendance

  • Regular attendance in accordance with established work schedule is mandatory.
  • It is important to be able to work any shift/designated hours required.

Other Essential Functions

  • Candidate must exhibit a professional behavior that promotes teamwork, fosters cooperation, and enhances productivity in the workplace. Must be well organized with the ability to coordinate, prioritize and execute multiple tasks simultaneously in a high-pressure environment.
  • Candidate must be able to interface effectively with individuals at all levels of the organization.
