We are excited to grow our team at Kyte and looking to bring on new team members. We’re seeking highly motivated people with strong finance, consulting, automotive, and/or start-up backgrounds that want to disrupt the way people travel. This role will be responsible for owning outreach to new fleet partners and dealerships nationwide. You will collaborate cross-functionally with a number of different groups, including supply, finance, operations, product, and growth. Successful candidates will have exceptional hustle/resilience, interest in startups, strong analytical skills, bias toward action, and excellent organizational and communication skills. We move quickly as a team to drive company wide decisions, thus getting the details right while still moving fast is important. Finally, we want someone who wants to learn & grow: you will get as much out of this as you want and will grow in the process.
Responsibilities
- Fleet Acquisition: You will play an integral role in acquiring new vehicles to support Kyte during a period of hypergrowth. You will identify creative methods, channels, and strategies for sourcing vehicles.
- Direct outreach to new suppliers: You will directly prospect potential suppliers and dealerships via cold-calls, text, emails, marketing campaigns, and other methods.
- Deal negotiation: You will be responsible for getting us the best possible price on all deals that you source.
- Develop strong and sustainable partnerships network: With your open, convincing and trusting personality you build and deepen strong and sustainable relationships within the automotive space.
- Own relationships with multiple suppliers: You will own the day to day operations and communication with multiple fleet partners.
- Relentlessly drive efficiency: We hate manual, time-intensive processes. We always look at the work we are doing with an eye to automating manual processes and increasing efficiency and speed.
- Connect fleet acquisition with fleet management: You will work with internal partners to help inform our fleet management strategy.
- Take ownership when solving problems: Are you the kind of person who sees a problem and asks “why”? We are first and foremost a technology company, so we look for a data-driven mindset, strong business judgment, and proven ability to perform analysis, draw key insights, and form and execute a strategy. We believe in extreme ownership and look for people who will make decisions as if it were their own company.

Requirements
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from an undergraduate or graduate degree program
- Prior work or internship experience in a fast-paced environment such as finance, consulting, startups, or tech sales
- Be available to start now, we're looking to fill this role immediately
