Responsibilities
At Peraton, we are undertaking an internal research and development effort around using the MITRE ATT&CK framework to better understand and leverage native AWS security capabilities and to refine an approach to purple-teaming that can be used to unify security incident response and vulnerability and risk management to enable a continual cyber improvement cycle that addresses real-world threats.
The Skillbridge Intern will work remotely on the R&D effort as part of a larger team to manage the development environment, train on MITRE ATT&CK and breach and attack simulation as well as Purple Teaming. The Intern will be fully integrated into the R&D team.
Qualifications
US Citizenship
At least 4 years of industry or military experience
Technical system administrative with a focus on cyber telemetry or SOC experience
TS/SCI
Desired Expericnce/Certifications:
Secret Security Clearance
College degree
Approved application to be hired under the Department of Defense Skillbridge Internship program.
Pen Testing or Threat Hunting experience o
Agile development experience rk
Additional Requirements:
Good organization skills to balance and prioritize work and multitask
Good analytical and problem solving skills to troubleshoot systems problems
Good communication skills to communicate with support personnel, customers, and managers
Ability to work independently and as part of a tea m
