Overview: We are looking for a program manager to drive expansion of the AWS-based virtual desktop platform to additional business units and workflows. This person would work with business owners to determine requirements for workflows being onboarding, coordinate the work among multiple engineering teams to implement those requirements, and successfully migrate those workflows globally onto the Supernova virtual desktop platform.

Ideal candidates experience:

• Analytical and systematic approach to debugging technical issues
• Working across large engineering organizations to resolve challenges and deliver result in organized and analytical approach to project delivery
• Strong business systems requirement gathering skills
• Strong communication skills across multiple different disciplines and organizational levels

Technologies candidate should be familiar with:

Internet networking (TCP/IP, network ACLs, ICMP, proxies, etc), public cloud (AWS,

Azure, etc), Active Directory or LDAP. Preferred: Virtual desktops (Citrix, Teradici, etc)

Responsibilities:

• 
  Gather technical and business requirements needed to launch new workflows on the Supernova virtual desktop platform.
• Work with engineering teams to ensure schedule and resourcing alignment for upcoming workflow and site migrations to the Supernova platform, and coordinate their execution to ensure on-schedule launches.
• Drive root-causing and resolution of issues blocking Supernova launches to keep the program on schedule.
• Communicate status of all the engineering work being done to support Supernova launches to relevant stakeholders.
• Identify risks\issues\blockers early and develop\drive mitigation plans.
