Inhouse Junior Recruiter - Partial Remote Based

Position Description

We are a growing eDiscovery company located in the Raleigh area of North Carolina. Due to our growth, we are looking for an internal junior recruiter with 0-2 years of experience to join our recruiting department. This is an internal recruiting position; we source attorney reviewers for employment within our company. We are looking for someone that is trainable and eager to learn. This is a great opportunity to start your inhouse legal recruiting career with unlimited potential. You will be part of a fun and dynamic team that works well together. This position will require a few days a week in our Morrisville NC office.

Position Responsibilities

• Identify, and recruit candidates using a variety of sources including job boards, internet sourcing, referrals, social media, etc.
• Conduct thorough candidate screenings, credential checks and phone interviews
• Work closely with Management to fully understand staffing needs and strategies
• Update and document all candidate activity in our applicant tracking system

Required qualifications

• 0-2 years of recruiting experience.
• An outgoing and welcoming personality
• A willingness to learn attorney recruiting and staffing methodologies
• The ability to interact and communicate with highly educated candidates and coworkers
• Analytical and research skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work with a team.
• The ability to proactively source candidates to support a strong pipeline of available reviewers
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• The ability to maintain reporting and other information required to support recruiting efforts.
• Bachelor's degree
