Who are we looking for?

We are looking for bright interns to help IWG with desk research for preliminary engagement for 4-6 weeks. Initially, during the first few days the location will be in one of our offices in London, followed by a remote work from anywhere.

Key Responsibilities

• You will be allocated a territory in the US to research and identify building owners/competitors that IWG can pitch our flexible workspace proposition to.
• Use Google, Land registry and other tools to proactively identify the owner of each property and the building manager.
• All details to be recorded on a database.

Required Skills, Experience & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree, Geography, Statistics, Property or an Analytical discipline preferred.
• Good work ethic and strong attention to detail.
• Self-motivated.
• Able to hit deadlines and targets.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Fluency in English
• Good use of Microsoft Package (Excel, PowerPoint, Word etc.)
• Must have own laptop.
