Who we are: Dutch Bros Coffee was founded in 1992 by Dane and Travis Boersma. Position Overview:

Dutch Bros is looking for a summer intern to join the Product Brand team. The Product Brand Intern will assist with all projects, products, and needs. They will help keep track and organize marketing activities/efforts and coordinate both brand research and performance. This role will be required to work up to 40 hours per week, for a duration of 8-12 weeks.

Key Result Areas (KRAs):

Assist Brand Managers with the development of strategies for the assigned brand based on product trend research and analysis of the marketplace:

• Track and report on key performance indicators for campaigns

• Help make educated decisions and recommendations based on targeted research

• Assist in the development of compelling promotional initiatives by increasing consumption and content, and driving sales within budgeted parameters

• Assist Brand Managers by attending meetings and keeping track of decisions and next steps

Coordinate with cross-functional teams and efforts and use the information to track project progress:

• Coordinate meetings with Graphic Design, Digital Design, Communications, and other Marketing teams to maximize the impact of brand strategy

• Serve Retail and other cross-functional teams to help further saturate identified markets

• Assist in future planning for 12-18 months out

Assist with primary research projects and help identify opportunities for growth:

• Assist in the development and launch of short-and-long-term product innovation projects

• Conduct product category research, research of market prices, and research of competitor initiatives

• Coordinate product management and/or efficiency enhancement projects with internal and external resources to achieve results (product development, production planning, trade promotion, sales, and market research)

Job Qualifications:

• Currently in pursuit of a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or related field

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite software

• High School diploma/GED required

• Interest in Marketing or Product Brand Development

• Preferred experience with Project Management Software

• Must have access to a reliable, strong Internet connection for remote work

Competencies:

• Strong ability to work successfully within a team environment

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including ability to articulate recommendations in a concise and timely manner

• Proven analytical skills •Conscientious about timeliness of assignments and quality of work produced

• Sense of urgency and organizational skills

• Must be able to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while meeting required reporting deadlines

Physical Requirements:

• Occasional lifting up to ten pounds

• Must be able to work in a climate-controlled office environment

• Vision must be good, or corrected to normal, to perform normal job duties

• Hearing must be good, or corrected to normal, to have the ability to understand information to perform job duties

• Ability to read and write in English in order to process paperwork and follow up on any actions necessary

• Sitting for extended periods of time

• Manual dexterity needed for keyboarding and other repetitive tasks
