The Payroll Intern will assist in processing monthly payroll (United Kingdom) and support the European Payroll team. Regular activities will include:

• Collection of data input and running payroll report
• Setting up new hires in the payroll system
• Processing terminations, personal data changes, tax code changes and other variable payroll instructions
• Handling payroll queries received from the employees/pensioners
• Administration of pension auto-enrolment and childcare scheme
• Adding data to P11d software produce P46 car quarterly
• Assisting in the process documentation
• Performing all other duties assigned by Manager

Role requirements:

• Part-time student or graduate, preferably in human resources, administration, management, etc.
• Very good English - at least B2/C1 level
• Available for at least 30 hours per week for 6 months
• Details focused, well-organized, with an analytical mindset
• Takes full ownership of delegated tasks
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office for work purposes
