About the Position:

As a Talent Acquisition Intern at XYPN's People & Culture team, you'll help optimize candidates and Hiring Manager experience. The best part? You'll make a meaningful impact on current and prospective team members and other interns like you as you work to enhance the already too-good-to-be-true quality of life on Team XYPN.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Help manage the candidate experience, corresponding with future team members

• As a time management guru, you'll assist in coordinating interviews and work samples

• Participate and contribute to all team member committees (diversity, wellness, fungineers)

• Assist in scheduling team events, training, surveys, and meetings

• Connect team member questions with answers

• Other duties as assigned (no two days are the same in HR)

Start Date: January 13, 2022

Status: Part-Time, long-term (15 - 20 hours/week)

Location: Bozeman, MT (Preferred ) or remote
