The Role:

As an Influencer Marketing Intern for Thrasio’s Creator Program, you will be responsible for ensuring that campaigns are successful for both influencers and Thrasio’s brands. You will collaborate with Influencer Marketing Managers and Associates, who manage and support relationships with creators, to oversee the day-to-day operations of campaigns from planning to execution to reporting across social channels such as Amazon Live, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube. At each campaign stage, you will provide support, track performance, and optimize for success. You and the Influencer Marketing team will work with Thrasio’s brand operations and marketing teams to achieve each campaign’s specific goals and each partnership’s overarching mission.

Some Responsibilities May Include:

    • Supporting the day-to-day operations of creator campaigns
    • Sourcing leads for new influencer outreach
    • Developing campaigns: selecting and shipping products, creating affiliate links, setting up promotional logistics, drafting campaign proposals, and implementing systems for tracking performance
    • Executing campaigns: coordinating campaign schedules, tracking campaign data, communicating actionable insights, and optimizing performance
    • Reporting on campaigns: creating performance reports, utilizing data to make strategic improvements, and planning future campaigns

What You Bring To The Party:

    • Knowledge of and passion for social media marketing (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok, and Amazon Live)
    • Analytical and data-driven with a meticulous attention to detail
    • Highly adaptable with the ability to shift priorities in real-time
    • Strong organizational, planning, and decision-making skills
    • Studying for an undergraduate degree from a top-tier institution
