GDIT is seeking a Junior ServiceNow Developer for the NASA Share Service Center's (NSSC) team. Located at Stennis Space Center, Mississippi, the NASA Share Service Center's (NSSC) mission is to provide timely, accurate, high quality, cost-effective, and customer focused support for selected NASA business and technical services. GDIT, which is the prime contractor, has partnered with NASA to consolidate selected Procurement, Finance, Human Resource and Information Technology activities from the ten NASA Centers into a single shared services center.

In this role, a typical day will include:

Assists with designing, developing, deploying, and maintaining operating systems and operating system software.

Assists with installing enhancements and performing updates to software of existing systems, including middleware and application programs that run on the system.

Assists with troubleshooting problems and provide customer support for software systems and application issues.

Assists with debugging problems with system software. Provide recommendations for continuous improvement.

Assists with maintenance tasks to keep systems running smoothly.

Assists with writing and updating test procedures and programs.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS: BA/BS (or equivalent experience), 1+ years of experience of ServiceNow development.

The likely salary range for this position is $36,000 - $54,000, this is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary; rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
