The Main Responsibilities
As a Team Coach in our Strategic Planning and Transformation organization, the Intern will be a part of the team responsible for the collection, correlation, mediation, rating, and costing of voice usage traffic.
- Drive agile adoption of team ceremonies, practices, and team interactions
- To plan 12 weeks of development & Test initiative across multiple teams
- Plan and manage releases
- Communicate with PO’s/ PM’s/STE’s/EM’s
- Communicate and coordinate with PM, System Architect and STE
- Facilitate Agile Release Train (ART) Syncs
- Facilitate System Demos
- Escalate and track impediments
- Manage risks and dependencies
What We Look For in a Candidate
Education Requirements
o Enrolled at a 4-year accredited college or university, rising senior or master’s level education status at the start of the internship, graduating August 2022 – May 2023.
o Major/Degree: In pursuit of degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Project Management, or similar technical degree field.
Proficiency and understanding of;
o Confident in learning user applications
o Solid understanding of development life cycle
o Ability to work as a liaison between the technical/development team and the business community
o Ability to juggle multiple deliverables at one time

o Strong written and verbal communication skills
o Acute attention to detail
o Comfortable with public speaking
o Strong drive for results and taking initiative
o Ability to be resourceful and adaptable
o Ability to collaborate and have agility while making effective decisions
o Ability to interact with business partners and drive the conversation.
o Can switch focus easily, flexible and adapts to constant change easily
Work Setting
o Ideally the position will be in one of the following offices: Remote/ work from home.
o Intern must be able to work 30-40 hours be week during the 10-week program (June – August)
o US work authorization
