We need a Project Manager with experience delivering everything from integrated creative campaigns and websites, to social media projects and bespoke experiential projects. Working alongside the other Project Managers in the Studio and our Brand Strategy, Creative and Social & Content departments, you'll be assigned a range of projects to manage simultaneously.

  • A born multitasker, you'll tackle every challenge with a smile and use your negotiation and influencing skills to liaise and build trust with colleagues, clients and suppliers.
  • Day in, day out, you'll use and build your knowledge of Employer Branding and Recruitment Marketing to scope, develop timelines and manage your projects using recognised project management software tools.
  • Your well-developed verbal and written communication skills, together with your experience managing, often senior, client relationships, will see you confidently navigate the ever-evolving projects you manage – always keeping an eye on the detail.
  • From time to time, we'll call on your working knowledge of print and production techniques and your ability to build relationships with old and new suppliers to deliver a range of collateral – sometimes working with Client Services, sometimes with Creative, but always keeping brand in mind.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage schedules, budgets, assets, and overall project organization to ensure requirements and project dates are clearly communicated, understood and executed upon internally ane externally.
  • Work with discipline leads and project teams to execute the work.
  • Monitor day-to-day activities of the project team and ensure work is progressing as planned.
  • Forecast project revenue recognition against anticipated completion dates.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks and scope creep to foresee/identify potential problems and proactively identify solutions to address them in advance - including if a change order is needed.
  • Manage client and internal expectations, ensure delivery of the highest quality service, and solicit and act on client feedback.
  • Partner with project team leads to present work as well as discuss scope changes to clients as needed.
  • Help estimate the level of effort and timing for creative requests as well as working with the development PM on solidifying a full project timeline as needed.
  • Review SOWs & scope of each project before client approval and revise as needed. With this the PM will work with client services to define custom scope requests and ensure there are parameters and assumptions included in our contracts.
  • Implement new templates and processes that will assist with productivity, communication and overall efficiencies.
  • Manage internal resource planning, bandwidth and overall utilization, as well as determining if there are contract/freelancer needs.

Skills you'll bring

  • Ability to influence the creative output of deliverables, and indirectly, the wider team through direction and example.
  • 2-3 years in the industry as it related to all things digital, social, and content creation with preferred previous agency experience.
  • Ability to visualize the candidate journey through content marketing to ensure a comprehensive approach across all verticals of content.
  • Analytical thinking to digest research and insight to influence strategy and brand architectures as it relates to strategy adjustments and future content plans.
