Jr Chief of Staff (Remote)
Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the President’s direct reports to determine and prioritize business strategies
- Liaise and speak with customers: Attend customer facing events/conferences with President
- Organize and prioritize critical issues and required information for the President to facilitate efficient decision making
- Take on leadership of individual projects, at the direction of the President, ranging from analyzing data, generating reports and improving processes.
- Guide all levels of communication from the CEO
- Manage President’s schedule, meetings and meeting planning
- Plan, coordinate and keep contents of meetings focused as well as manage action items
Education & Experience Qualifications
- Bachelors’ degree, required
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Strong listening, negotiating and presentation abilities
- Proactive, creative and self-motivated
- 5+ years of experience in Medical Device
