HBK Summer Internship Program

At HBK we strive to be true, own it, and aim high. We bring this philosophy to our internships. The HBK Rotational Internship is a program where college students can gain a well-rounded experience in an industry leading company not by going through a predesigned route, but by choosing what they’re most passionate about and taking a deeper dive.

The primary goal of the program is to introduce students to the global HBK family and to teach them how business is done on a global scale. Over the 12–16-week paid internship during the summer. Start date, May 2022. By keeping our programs small and selective, we can make hiring decisions based on each candidate’s unique skill set and high potential.

At the conclusion of the summer internship program, the interns present their capstone presentation to their direct managers and stakeholders on what they have learned and provide feedback on how HBK can improve its products and services.
