Responsibilities

Performs important supportive tasks for project managers, including data entry, project research, report generation, and budget reconciliations for implementations of Tyler software . The Project Management Intern will interface primarily with internal teams.

• Ensure project plans, resource assignments, and other critical project-related data are kept current and accurate in key information systems – most notably Changepoint PSA.
• Assist Project Managers in client and internal communications, research project issues and project history, report generation, and reconciliation of budget-to-actual reports on various projects related to the implementation of the Tyler products.
• May perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Excellent planning, organizational skills and ability to follow-through until processes are complete
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency using computers
• Strong decision making and problem-solving skills
• Strong analytical ability, particularly in a technical environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
• Current enrollment in a related degree program preferred

State Specific Salary Range Disclosure Requirements for Colorado, Connecticut, and Nevada

Salary will generally fall between $12 - $16 before adjustment for geographic differences. Recruiter can confirm if position is incentive eligible.
