Junior - LMR Project Manager
- 1 -2 years of experience managing projects in telecommunications industry
- Assist Senior Project Manager with meeting minutes, schedules, and field related duties assigned by the Program Manager.
- Assist multidiscipline client teams during various phases of project. Provide support and address issues for client team members, understanding their unique, and complimentary roles, interdependencies and responsibility of each within the project framework
- Interpret contracts, communicate scope of work and develop schedule forecast with team members.
- Conduct site walks and assist the client in site selection, coordinating with installation teams and Engineering.
- Develop and monitor timelines coordinating the broad scope of activities representing RF Engineering, Network Engineering, Site Acquisition, and Construction Management.
- Create strong customer relations and communication including negotiations and delivery of services. Ensure the link between the customer and its client is maintained providing timely, tactful and accurate information.
- Develop project plan and budget for all assigned activities.
- Aggressively drive schedule, providing solutions to obstacles.
- Assist Senior Project Manager with overseeing multiple sites from start to finish. Manage and coordinate engineering, construction and installation to schedules and budget. Provide status reports including database updates, spreadsheets, memos, and scheduling documents to other managers as required. Interface with managers for project planning and potential problems and respective corrective action plan to insure project completion according to set parameters. Interact with customers and hold status meetings as necessary to keep all parties updated.
- Attend weekly planning meetings and provide weekly status reports of all project milestones to the client. Maintain accurate files on projects, sites and new technologies necessary to effectively respond to questions and issues regarding a site.

- Coordinate all activities between the customers, clients, employees, and any subcontractors.
- Perform administrative tasks related to contracts, purchase orders, bonding, permits, invoices, and lien waivers.
- Interact with customers and hold status meetings as necessary to keep all parties updated.

Education Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree, prefer Project Management degree
