Marketing Enablement Intern, Spring 2022
Tyler Technologies is looking to hire a Marketing Enablement Intern for the Spring 2022 semester. The marketing enablement intern will report to the Sr. Marketing Enablement Manager and will assist with a variety of day-to-day tasks and projects within the internal marketing enablement team. Candidates should be comfortable working in a busy corporate environment. This internship position offers you the ability to impact our corporate marketing team in a positive way while gaining firsthand marketing knowledge and experience. Projects that come through this team are designed to reinforce our brand and corporate position, and assist our internal clients (vertical marketing, sales, development, support, events, etc) in marketing Tyler’s products and services to clients and prospects. In this role you could also potentially partner with our data, technology, and campaign teams to gain even more knowledge and exposure should the opportunity present itself.
This internship is a part time intern opportunity to join Tyler’s internal marketing enablement team either remotely or from our Lubbock or Plano offices. The internship will run during normal business hours (Monday-Friday, 8-5) with flexibility based on your class schedule and availability. Spring internships are typically 20 hours per week for approximately 10-12 weeks.
As a part of Tyler’s corporate staff, you will make an impact on outcomes that affect various areas of the company. Your work will ultimately support our team members, clients, stakeholders, and the public sector.

Responsibilities
- Provide overall support to our marketing enablement shared service team
- Assist with potential updating of groups/renaming of products across marketing technology software platforms
- Audit and update asset tags assigned to marketing collateral, videos and presentations on SharePoint
- Assist with uploading new marketing files to our data asset management system
- Perform tasks and projects assigned to you through our RoboHead project management software platform
- Assist with uploading schedules, assignments, and coordinating deliverables as delegated by the operations team for projects that run through our project management software platform
- Assist with tracking the progress of client Idea submissions in Tyler Community
Qualifications
- Currently an active college student pursuing a bachelor’s and/or master’s degree in marketing, management information systems, business administration or related field
- Coursework completed in at least 2 marketing classes
- Excellent writing and proofreading skills
- Effective time management skills (deadline/results driven)
- Intellectual curiosity and an ability to understand both internal and external client perspectives
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Effective time management skills with a keen attention to detail
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
