About the team
The Office of Ethics and Compliance (OEC) is focused on helping SAP to ‘Win the Right Way,’ by providing guidance and training related to bribery and corruption risks.
OEC’s Partner Ecosystem & Audit:
- Provides third-party compliance audits & monitoring services to the Field Compliance teams (using BPCM tool)
- Executes partner audits together with the Independent Auditor in line with the PartnerEdge GTCs
- Assesses the compliance environment of SAP partners, focusing on bribery and corruption risks
- Drive continuous improvement of our compliance program elements through learning from audits and diligent data analytics
What you’ll do:
Position Title: SAP iXp Intern - Partner Ecosystem & Audit
Location: Virtual US
Expected Start Date: December 2021
In this role, you’ll:
This opportunity will provide a fundamental understanding of the roles and responsibilities of the Partner Ecosystem & Audit team.
Key tasks:
- Help setup the new Partner Audit Management System by migrating actions plans from the share drive to the system
- Help the Partner Audit team create recommendations reports for partners in connection to the result of audits performed
- Help update our Partner Audit Management System workbook
The Working Student will be provided with a thorough onboarding to help them understand the department:
- Through the data migration project you will gain project management skills as well as a an understanding of the audit process from end to end
- Through the work creating recommendations reports you will enhance your knowledge about fighting fraud and corruption, as well as SAP compliance expectations for our partners
- Through the update of our system workbook you will gain a deep knowledge of how we run and record our audits
- You will also obtain exposure to new people and processes and the various projects & initiatives within the department
Who you are:
We’re looking for someone who takes initiative, perseveres, and stay curious. You like to work on meaningful innovative projects and are energized by lifelong learning.
Desired - Candidate is working towards a degree in Business (i.e. Accounting) and/or has equivalent work experience
Necessary - Proficient knowledge and experience working with Microsoft Office, specifically, PowerPoint and Excel
Necessary - Has a high aptitude for detail and good writing skills
Necessary - Fluent business English
