The Role

With a focus on working globally you will have an opportunity to interact with our sites worldwide. This role combines global remote working, continuous improvement, GMP and an opportunity to use training software packages to produce training materials efficient and effective in their design.

Responsibilities will include:

• Successful candidate will work to help progress Catalents Training Excellence program globally.
• Gather information from all Catalent sites (using the learning management system, surveys or direct contact) to provide an analysis of the similar training packages across the multiple sites.
• Synthesize a variety of training packages from Catalent sites globally to produce a single standard document that is efficient in its design and suitable for online learning.
• Independently research the topic which could have a safety, quality, manufacturing or scientific focus to ensure the training material complies with all the current regulations and legislations.
• Think about different adult learning styles and how training material may be adapted to meet these needs.
• Success relies heavily on being able to communicate and work globally with the Catalent sites to understand their needs and a willingness to adapt to feedback.
• Need to have strong oral and written communication skills to explain concepts clearly and gain alignment from stakeholders
• Ideal candidates love to improve processes.
• Works under the direction of a mentor
• Other duties as assigned

The Candidate

• Currently enrolled in a College or University
• Must be an undergraduate or graduate student in Business, Education or similar
• Eligible to legally work in the United States
• Able to work full time (40 hours/week) for a 10-12-week period
