As an intern for Dassault Systemes ENOVIA Brand Advocacy team, you will learn about 3DEXPERIENCE & ENOVIA solutions, its global customer and selling ecosystem, and the key elements that drive their successes.
You will work side by side with an awesome and global team on various User Advocacy programs and engage with some of ENOVIA’s most passionate and experienced users: ENOVIA Champions.
Details:
  • Paid internship / co-op
  • Full time Summer 2022 (or 32 hours/week but longer duration)
  • Duration: Approx April to September 2022 (6 months)** (maybe open to ¾ time / week x longer weeks)

What will your role be?
With the purpose of supporting ENOVIA Brand Marketing Advocacy, you will be involved in diverse projects including:
  • Helping to create memorable experiences for our users and champions that will turn into powerful stories to help ensure user adoption, inspiration and replication.
  • Assist to coordinate in person and online user events for the ENOVIA brand
  • Reviewing and processing new Champion applications, and contributing to new Champion onboarding.
  • Documenting program data providing weekly metrics that will provide insight into the Champion Program and its members’ activities.
  • Identify and capturing powerful user stories for amplification and replication.
With both your strategic and creative hats on, you will gain valuable experience and have real responsibility working with diverse teams including other Advocacy Marketing leaders, Sales leaders from around the globe, Offer Marketing , Geo events, and Sales Ops.
Your Challenges Ahead

You will learn to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks and assignments, honing your communication and project management skills across the following key areas:
  • Plan
    • Assess what is needed – prioritize based on critical dates, deliverables
    • Create and maintain plan to ensure timely delivery, and team alignment
  • Execute
    • Support the operations and regular reporting related to the ENOVIA’s User Champion Program and its Community of members
    • Support creation and delivery of memorable experiences for our ENOVIA users and User Champions through a variety of online and in person events
    • Support identification, development and amplification of user champion stories
  • Track, Measure and Report
    • Utilize 3DEXPERIENCE platform to create and monitor project plans, supporting tasks and content
    • Capture metrics to ensure accurate and timely reporting of Champion Program and related activities and deliverables.

Key Success Factors

Actively enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree program with concentrations in any of the following areas: Marketing, Communications, Sales, Branding, or Strategy.

Minimum GPA 3.0

Critical Competencies
  • Communication: able to deliver messages to varied audiences in a clear and concise manner; excellent English business writing skills
  • Thorough: Attention to detail and accuracy; deliver work that is high quality and on-time
  • Technical aptitude: Highly skilled with office software applications / MS Office (including PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, Excel); adept at, and open to, learning new software tools and platforms (3DEXPERIENCE platform, SwYm dashboarding, Project Planning)
  • Flexible: comfortable to work on multiple activities and “switch gears” quickly as priorities change
  • Resourceful: confident to work independently, to generate ideas and solutions, identify resources, proactively enlist assistance from others (local or remote)
  • Decision-making: uses critical thinking skills to uncover root causes and proposes meaningful resolutions
