Job duties:
Assist in deployment schedule planning and coordination- Assist with supply chain and inventory management
- Assist with client facing reporting and SLA measurements
- Assist with quality control and onsite assessments
- Assist in reviewing and providing suggestions to SOP documentation
- Assist in managing a RAID log (Risks, Actions, Issues, and Decisions)
- Listen in on client facing calls and take notes and send action items with the assistance/guidance of the Deployment Manager

Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint- Ability to capture information quickly and communicate effectively
- Ability to analyze data and compile into presentations
- Ability to work closely with cross-functional teams to identify areas of opportunity for improvement
