Job duties:
As our Marketing Communications and Sales Support Intern, you will work directly with our team to help create marketing campaigns that drive engagement with Insight's clients. You will support our services with activities that promote communication and collaboration between key stakeholders, sales and marketing teammates.
We are looking for someone who is creative and has a general interest in marketing within the IT industry. We want our intern to be excited about the opportunity to learn about what we do at Insight and the partners we support. Our intern will focus on meaningful projects while gaining on-the-job experience.
What will you do?
- Directly support the Campaign, Digital and Content Strategists by assisting with the creation of marketing campaigns and optimization of existing campaigns. You will help communicate/present new campaigns and initiatives to stakeholders.
- Learn and understand the inner workings of Insight marketing and Insight’s managed services offerings. Learn how we work together to support Insight’s business goals and mission.
- Assess current processes and explore new ways to create efficiencies within our team. Actively coordinate with the organization to maintain and update existing sales tools and content.
- Work as a liaison to both internal teams and external agencies to submit and complete marketing projects.
- Create and lead an independent project from conception to launch that supports our business goals.

Excellent written and verbal communication, strategic skills- Strong presentation skills, including ability to develop and deliver presentations
- Ability to work in a high energy and fast-paced environment with a desire to come up with fresh ideas on how to engage our key audiences
- Ability to contribute individually, and participate in cross-functional teams
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite – Teams, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and Word
- Organized with an ability to prioritize time-sensitive assignments.
- Eagerness to learn and be mentored
- Creative, flexible and responsive
- Background in Marketing, Communications, Business or Sales is a plus
