What You’ll Do

RaiseMe helps millions of high school students every year earn micro-scholarships for college by taking small steps to prepare for college. You will be reporting to our Manager of Integrated Product Marketing, and learn to support the management of content systems and marketing strategies for the RaiseMe brand, with a primary focus on growing our student and educator communities. Our educator community consists of teachers, counselors, and administrators for high schools that guide their students to be college ready.

This job will show you the ropes in a hands-on way to do cross team collaboration and influence stakeholders across the company to grow our student population. You will creatively brainstorm ideas that compel high school students, parents, and educators to leverage the RaiseMe micro-scholarship platform. You’ll help create and measure paid and shared content that drives growth and engagement. You’ll help build an inbound pipeline of high school districts that are driven to unlock every dollar towards college for their students. And you’ll leverage our customer networks as growth channels to make sure students across the country are using RaiseMe.

In this role you’ll:

    • Assist with writing and managing a variety of content assets: blogs, emails, social copy, and integrated campaigns
    • Create and manage social media posts that engage both the student and educator communities in creative, exciting and fun ways.
    • Assist in monitoring emerging Gen-Z social media trends to inform communication strategies. Assist with building assets that customers (higher ed institutions) can leverage using marketing resources.
    • Work closely with the product marketing team on developing product announcements and updates.
    • Work closely with the sales and customer success team on informing our messaging for our product marketing assets
    • Help source contact information to inform our educator pipeline for our network partner schools
    • Manage contact imports in Pardot, salesforce, Gainsight and Salesloft
    • Own and creatively think through new campaigns that will inspire our students and educators
    • Learn how to be data driven when making informed decisions and managing our tech stack
    • Be resourceful and strive to build partnerships throughout the organization to achieve goals.

What You’ll Have

    • 1-2 years of experience aligned to communications and marketing
    • A passion for all forms of communication and skills to match
    • Proven collaboration experience
    • A good eye for details
    • Strong writing and editing abilities
    • Strong organizational skills
    • Proven track record of strong communication skills amongst various stakeholders
    • Reliable follow-through and a drive to get things done
    • B2C social media experience (primarily TikTok & Instagram)
