Inside Sales Intern

As a member of the Inside Sales team you will energetically participates in driving our sales engine and grow our business. With a passion for attracting new clients and building solid relationships, you will help research extensive market data and forges new business opportunities. The ideal intern candidate is resourceful, organized, and motivated to increase sales, enhance CSG’s reputation, and innovate ways to solve our customer’s biggest business challenges.
Responsibilities
- Work along side a team to conduct market research for existing and prospective clients
- Drive pipeline growth by following up on marketing campaigns and nurturing leads
- Coordinate appointments, meetings, and calls between customers and Client Business Executives and Sales Directors
- Assist in the development of a strong pipeline of new business opportunities through direct or indirect customer contact and prospecting
- Leverage phone/email for prospecting with key metrics around setting qualified first sales interactions and next step calls
- Cultivate strong relationships with new clients and further our reach within existing client organizations
- Pre-qualify customers based on company’s business model, current strategic initiatives, and "CSG customer fit" guidelines
- Create meeting/stakeholder briefing packets for the Client Business Executives and Sales Directors to be used as preparation for customer meetings
- Assist with drafting sales prospecting plans, sales pitches, presentations, reference material, and other documents as required
- Facilitate a feedback loop with Marketing team to ensure customer and industry insights can be leveraged in campaigns
Requirements:
- Undergraduate junior or senior
- Available to work fulltime from June 2022 through August 2022
