Neurable’s mission is to make technology universally accessible, intuitive, and empowering through advanced applications of neurotechnology. We build hardware and software to create new computer interfaces that are controlled with wearable sensors.

Neurable is looking for a Communications Intern to work out of our Boston headquarters. This is a hybrid position with in-person and remote work. It is a unique opportunity to work with a tech start-up and its award-winning marketing and corporate communications team.

We need a self-starter with creative experience to work with our cutting-edge products and staff. Varied work could include shooting and editing short video clips during a demo, still photos for an employee event, product photos for a slide deck, social media and more.

Requirements

• Flexible hours, reporting directly to Head of Marketing
• 15 hours per week, $18 per hour
• Must have reliable transportation to our office in downtown Boston
• Spring semester term position

The ideal candidate will possess

• Recent university graduate or currently enrolled junior or senior in a communications, PR or marketing program
• Work history or previous internship required
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organizational skills and an ability to multitask
• PRSSA or Student AMA member preferred
• Must have digital photography and video skills, including light editing
• Must also have strong Google Suite, social media and Adobe Suite skills
• You must be a self-starter and able to work in a fast-paced, hybrid environment
• Understanding of neurotech and BCI is a plus
