KINEXON is growing our global team and has an exciting opportunity for a driven Junior B2B Marketing Manager. We’re looking for a highly-motivated marketer who is ready to work hands-on to support all marketing activities and campaigns – from email marketing to events, social media, and content marketing.

YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Email Marketing
• Curate email marketing calendars that align with ongoing digital marketing efforts
• Craft effective emails that drive lead generation
• Analyze and report on campaign performance
• Event Marketing
• Support event manager and team with event and logistics needs
• Support team with sourcing and managing vendors and merchandise for trade shows
• Social Media Marketing
• Draft copy and visuals for organic LinkedIn posts
• Support paid campaign creation on LinkedIn
• Actively seek thought leadership opportunities via social media
• Content Marketing
• Collaborate on SEO content development for blogs, case studies, landing pages, webinars, white papers, etc.
• Research media cooperation as well as PR opportunities to drive inbound marketing and publish success stories
• Research opportunities to increase brand awareness and industry recognition (e.g. through award entries or event speaker roles)
• Marketing Support
• Assist with day-to-day needs of marketing, sales, and strategy teams
• Support execution of programs, cross functional meetings, notes, and follow up on action items
• Assist with market research, forecasts, competitive analyses, campaign results, and industry trends

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, communications, or related fields
• Min. 2 years of experience in digital marketing, demand generation, or growth marketing in a B2B environment
• Excellent writing, communication, and project management skills
• Self-motivated and able to work both independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment with multiple projects, tight deadlines, and changing priorities.
• Can-do attitude with a strong attention to detail
• Understanding how marketing helps meet business objectives

Desired Qualifications

• Experience working with an international team or company
• Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and marketing automation tools
• Interest or background in technology and industrial automation
