Compensation Intern – Pay Equity

Location: Remote

About the Role:
Reporting to the Manger, Compensation & Reporting you will be responsible for supporting federal pay equity compliance analysis, including job evaluation.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist with pay equity consulting project to evolve the Corus job evaluation points system methodology and tools to include sales and on-air talent roles
  • The project will include evolving the sales range structure to introduce levelling within roles and management vs individual contributors grade assignments
  • Providing support with evaluating roles to assign job evaluation points
  • Assist with determining job class genders and conducting pay equity earnings analysis to identify pay equity gaps, providing summary of findings and recommendations
About You

What We Need From You:
  • Currently enrolled in a Human Resources program at a certified academic institution
  • Excellent researching, data mining and analytical skills
  • Experience leading research projects and making recommendations
  • Experience conducting gap analysis and policy reviews
