Job title: Junior Software Engineer

Reports to: VP of Engineering

As a market leader in Mobile Application Security Testing, Kryptowire’s proactive mobile security solutions ensure a higher level of security and privacy for mobile apps and mobile devices. The Kryptowire platform provides automated vulnerability and compliance testing (OWASP, GDPR, and NIAP) for individuals, enterprises, and nations to ensure security, privacy, and compliance across life stages and end-user networks.

As a Junior Mobile Engineer, you will work with the team to drive feature development on our products for offering automated analysis of mobile applications. You’ll have an opportunity to learn new technologies and techniques in an environment where we’re working on new and exciting problems in a fast growing industry.

What you will do in this role:

• Gathering and analyzing business and technical requirements for software applications
• Design and develop software applications using Javascript and Python
• Write documentation to maintain an up-to-date and helpful knowledge base
• Monitor production systems and debug issues as they arise
• Participate in discussions related to design/architecture/technology decisions being made by the team

To be successful, we need someone in this role who has:

• Bachelor in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related technical field (or foreign equivalent)
• 0-1 year of experience in developing software using Javascript or Python.
