About the Role:
We’re assisting our parter, a professional sports organization by providing a qualified, highly motivated, dynamic Payroll Specialist / Administrative Assistant to augment project teams within the organization.
This is a Part-Time (20-40 hrs) weekly temporary role for a min of 6 months. You'll be responsible for providing support within many aspects of the Project Teams Operations. The ideal candidate will be flexible, with the ability to turn on a dime and redirect their focus on urgent tasks as needed.
In this role, you will provide functional expertise to augment project management teams. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail with great service orientation and an ability to manage a high volume of tasks with little supervision.

Our Ideal Candidate Will / Have:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, enjoys learning, is proactive.
- Thrive in fast paced environments.
- Entry level / Jr Payroll specialist type experience
- Working knowledge of ADP, Kronos or UKG Pro
- Experience collaborating with multiple departments (HR, IT, Finance)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel skills)
- Ability to create diagrams, workflows, and word documents.
- Excel experience - sorting and comparing data for accuracy, reviewing records etc.
- Assist with the administration with a variety of tasks supporting Project Teams
- Provide back-up support for project team members
- Work experience in a similar role.
- Positive team player.
Entry to Mid-Level
6 month position
Flexible hours - 20 to 40 hours weekly
Pay starts at $25per hour.
This is a remote role -West Time Zone preferred.
