Success in the Role: What are the performance outcomes over the first 6-12 months you will work toward completing?

You will be expected to gain hands-on competency on VMware EUC products to be able to discuss them with internal persons in technical support. You will have started to work closely with other interns, technical support engineers, and managers. You will make process and operational improvements as well as knowledge base improvements.

The Work: What type of work will you be doing? What assignments, requirements, or skills will you be performing on a regular basis?

• You will assist the technical support teams in cross functional projects and initiatives
• You will learn about VMware EUC products and SaaS Transformation
• You will support and help coordinate improvements to the VMware Knowledge Base
• You will partner with the various support teams to get required enablement and provide feedbacks from TSEs and TSMs
• This is a remote role so you will conduct interactions using tools such as Zoom, Teams, Slack, Confluence, or Miro

What is the leadership like for this role? What is the structure and culture of the team like?

You will be part of a team of other interns, working directly with the Technical Support Engineers and Managers. This is a group of high performers, motivated, and technical people. The team is spread across the globe with members in the US, Costa Rica, and India. You will have frequent interactions with your Manager but will have large autonomy on a daily basis. You will share information with the rest of the team and can expect the team to help you when you have questions.

Remote: This role is fully remote, allowing you the flexibility to work from the location you feel most productive and comfortable in the United States.
