Intern, Business Automation & Transformation Analyst
Position Overview
Do you have an interest in understanding the c orporate f inance function and its role in a dynamic, public company environment? Do you have strong analytical skills, an ability to communicate complex ideas to diverse populations, and an interest in driving process improvement? Join us and gain exposure to Automation opportunities across F inance . At this point in time, Autodesk is planning for a virtual summer internship program.
Responsibilities
Define business requirements, document processes, and enable overall value realization for business goals.
Define F inance business processes and identify process improvement opportunities .
Engage and collaborate with business partners across F inance for automation and analytics opportunities .
Lead the design and development efforts of self-service analytics automations.
Successfully execute the Software De velopment Lifecycle right from i deation to launch.
Minimum Qualifications
Students must be at least 18 years of age
Student must be actively enrolled in a degree granting academic institution or accredited boot camp at the time of internship
Students must reside and attend university in the country where the internship is being offered
Preferred Qualifications
Pursuing an MBA or master’s in business analytics, or a related field .
Tech savvy, analytical and have excellent problem-solving skills .
Passionate about data driven decision making, eager to learn, creative thinker, analytical mindset .
Affinity with self-service analytical tools, such as Alteryx, Power BI, StudioX, S martsheet .
Excellent communication skills, detail-oriented, and with the ability to interact with different levels of end users and technical resources .
Ability to work both independently and as a member of a cross-functional team with strong sense of ownership .
Comfort with the cyclicality of the role and the peaks and valleys of the workload, particularly around the quarter-end close .
About the US Intern Program
The U.S. program runs from May through August for 12 weeks. As an intern, you will have the opportunity to contribute to meaningful projects, be mentored by industry leaders, work alongside peers from universities all over the country and participate in tech talks and other activities designed to support your personal and professional development. US recruiting begins in the Fall and concludes in March.
